The tiller arm (not included) bolt which tightens the arm to the rudder shaft also acts as the shaft key

REQUIRES A COTTER KEY HOLE TO BE DRILLED AT THE TOP - HOLE LOCATIONS VARY AND WILL NEED TO BE DONE BY BUYER AFTER PURCHASE
