All of our flags are hand made per original specs.  The wording on the flags are appliquéd as original and not embroidered.  The
appliqué process involves sandwiching the flag between two pieces of material and turning the word out by hand on a sewing
machine.  All the flags are made out of high quality marine nylon. This appliqué process is very time consuming and costly.
