METHODS OF ORDERING:  Best way to order is over the phone, otherwise you can e-mail or fax your order in.  If you e-mail or fax

  • US Priority Mail is typically a 2 to 3 business day service in the US
  • Airmail Parcel post is available to all international destinations.  There may be shipping delays due to customs.
